We started in 2005 as Teamsters Rx, the pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) for our own New England-based fund*. Our new name—Allegiant Rx—reflects our growth and our mission. We not only serve as the PBM for Union funds, but also for employer-sponsored plans. Nationally we represent more than 75,000 covered lives under the umbrella of 10 independent funds. That’s why we say, “Prescription benefits for all.”

Over the next several weeks, members will receive new identification cards with the Allegiant Rx name and logo. In the meantime, current identification cards with the Teamsters Rx logo will continue to be accepted by retail, home delivery and specialty pharmacies.
