Founded in 2005 as Teamsters Rx, the pharmacy benefit manager for our own New England-based fund, we have evolved and expanded. Our new name, Allegiant Rx—reflects both our growth and our mission. Today, we serve not only Union Funds but also a wide range of employer-sponsored plans.

Nationally, we represent more approximately 70,000 covered lives across 7 independent Funds. That’s why we stand behind our guiding principle: “Prescription benefits for all.”

As a Not-For-Profit PBM, we generate no income from the sale of prescription drugs. Our goals are fully aligned with our partners’ priorities: delivering a high-quality benefit while responsibly managing costs.
